A Typical Workout

  • You will use punch mitts, speed ladder medicine ball, bands, bars weights,  floor exercises and more.
  • Each workout contains High Intensity Interval Training ( “H.I.I.T”) for optimal  results.
  • Avoid hum-drum routines -no two  workouts ever the same.
  • Avoiding the “plateau  effect benefit from a changing and challenging  workout.
